Pennsylvania Eppicard week of December 19, 2011

Hello fellow Pennsylvanian Eppicard card holders.  the week of  December 19, 2011, you may have noticed that you did not receive your child support payments and/or you unemployment payments which should have been credited to your Pennsylvania Eppicard.   Well........... here is some information I have found via research on the web.  
There is a company in Texas that had been awarded the contract from the State of Pennsylvania

ACS is responsiblle for Pennsylvania eppicard.  If you did not receive your deposit call Affiliated Computer Services directly 1-(800)841-8191, or 1-(214)841-6111.  Ask for Mr. Lynn Blodgett (CEO of Affliated Computer Services Inc)   you can also ask for Mr. Joseph Doherty (exec. Tell them you want a refund of all $.25 phone charges you have to pay every time you call the customer service center.  YES...... we are charged $.25 once you reach your max 5 free calls/inquiries.     And in order to find out informastion about your account ... you are only speaking to call center.... NOT the company itself.  This call center is hired by ACS.  When you call tthe numbers above tell them that it is imposible for a computer glitch/misplaced deposits to last more than 6 days.

integration and coordination across all elements of the DPW care management
continuum.

ACS Awarded Contract to Process Child Support Payments in Pennsylvania

The state has awarded ACS an eight-year contract renewal consisting of a six-year base and two optional one-year extensions, and is valued at $61 million if all option years are exercised.
